We Have Many Years of Experience in the Field

We are specialized in treating depressions, heart breaks and traumas, overcoming mood swings and low energy state, we believe that nature is always the cure of all breakdown and for that reason we use naturotherapy methods, inspirational life coaching through activities.

We organize hikes around the beautiful landscapes of our Osteroy & Bergen island, boat trips, gardening, ensure that you follow special yogic diet, because the healthy brain resides in the healthy body and these two elements are co-related together as described by the Indian philosophy of yoga (the 5 koshas).

Our Island combine all the life elements, Earth, Fire, water, Air & Sun and that’s the best way to come spend a fruitful retreat to refresh yourself and energize your body & mind.

Our retreat program includes fun & artistic training skills such as the basic of sketching and crocheting and even vegan cooking lessons.
